Promotion redeem KTC FOREVER points for Foodland Gift Voucher at Foodland with KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Foodland Gift Voucher

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”), who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”), to redeem for specific product at participating stores during 1st Nov 24 - 31st Oct 25 (“Promotion Period”) only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Cardmembers can redeem KTC Points for the specific product at Foodland customer service counter of participating stores (Except Korat's branch)
4. Gift Voucher is valid during 1st Nov 24 - 31st Dec 25.
5. Gift Voucher under this program cannot be used as a discount for the payment at Korat's branch and TOOK LAE DEE restaurant.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder. In the case of the difference in value after deduction of discounts, Members must pay the difference with a KTC credit card.
7. Gift Voucher cannot be refunded, changed or changed into cash difference.
8. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
