Promotion for KTC JCB credit card at DON DON DONKI store in Thailand

1. Exclusively for the Cardholders of JCB credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. The Promotion Period starts from 1 February 2026 – 30 April 2026.
3. Cardholders will receive the Cash Coupon of value 100 THB with a minimum purchase of 1,500 THB after all applicable discount per sales slip is made at DON DON DONKI store in Thailand (excluding online channel) through the JCB card issued in Thailand.
4. Issuance of the Cash Coupons under (3). are 1 coupon / credit card number / sales slip / day.
5. Cash Coupons to be issued under this privilege are limited to 2,000 coupons / month / all stores. In total, the maximum amount of the Cash Coupons to be issued throughout the Promotion Period are 6,000 coupons for all DON DON DONKI stores in Thailand (excluding online channel). Each Cash Coupon has a value of 100 THB, thus making the total value of this promotion at 600,000 THB. This privilege is granted on a first comes, first served basis. 
6. Cardholders must present the receipt and sales slip with the expenditure amount on products at any DON DON DONKI stores in Thailand, along with the specified JCB credit card bearing the same name and card number, for issuance of Cash Coupons to the cashier at DON DON DONKI store where such receipt and sales slip is issued on the transaction date.
7. The sales slip cannot be combined for requesting of the privilege.
8. The Cash Coupons cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. In case of returning the goods paid by using the Cash Coupons, DON DON DONKI reserves the right to refund the amount after deducting the amount of coupon used only.
10. The Cash Coupons must be used with JCB credit card at any DON DON DONKI store in Thailand (excluding online channel). Please check details of Cash Coupons Terms of Use at the back of the Cash Coupons.
11. The Cash Coupons have validity with the expiring date as defined in the Terms of Use of the Cash Coupons and cannot be renewed. The unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
12. Don Don Donki reserves the right to cancel Cash Coupons for Cardholders who do not comply with the specified Terms and Conditions.

Cash Coupon Terms of Use

1. Cash Coupon can only be used when a payment is made with JCB credit cards issued in Thailand.  
2. Valid for a purchase done at any DON DON DONKI store in Thailand (excluding all online channel).
3. Can be used as a discount on both regular price items and special price items for the next purchase.
4. Must be presented to the cashier before making a payment. The request to use the Cash Coupon after the payment has been made successfully is not allowed.
5. Only one Cash Coupon can be used per sales slip and can only be used once.
6. Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.
7. Cannot be used with other special discount coupons such as Birthday coupons or other digital coupons.
8. Cannot be used to purchase alcohol or cigarettes.
9. Cannot be used to purchase vouchers and gift vouchers.
10. Valid from the 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026.
11. Cannot be renewed once they have expired. The unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
12. In the case of canceling the receipt or returning the product which was paid for using a Cash Coupon. We reserve the right to refund the amount paid by the customer only after deducting the discount on the Cash Coupon.
13. Cash Coupons cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
