Terms and Conditions for Extra points X4 with KTC JCB Credit Card
1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) during 12th Feb 26 – 30th Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD and KTC UNIONPAY.
3. Limited to earn extra points total 1,800 points per person per month or a maximum spending limit of 15,000 THB per person per month. Any spending exceeding 15,000 THB per person per month will earn regular points.
4. Extra points have no expired date.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate KTC special points based on the spending amount from each card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this promotion.
7. KTC will credit KTC special points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each period.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
- KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
