1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating stores during 1^st Jul 26 – 31^st Dec 26 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to participate in this promotion are required to make a registration every time you have spending within the same day by sending a SMS, type LKF, space following by 16-digit credit card number follow by # and spending amount/sales slip and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/time), if the spending has decimal, they must put it, but no need to put “ , ”. For example 4500.50, or by registering at ktc.promo/looksinstallment. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. The privilege under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
5. KTC reserves the right to manage the privilege under this promotion within 5 working days after the day of spending amount of the cardmembers recorded in KTC system.
6. KTC reserves the right to stick to database of KTC as final. KTC credit cardmembers who participate in this promotion should keep sales slip of spending amount for reference and inspection if needed.
7. The 0% Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
