Promotion at Tops with KTC Credit Card

Conditions for using KTC FOREVER points to redeem e-Coupon via KTC Mobile

1. We reserve the right to give a discount to KTC credit card members who have KTC FOREVER points (“points”) and spend with the card at Tops Food Hall and Tops during 1st Jan 25 - 31st Aug 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. We reserve the right to redeem points for discounts under this program. Members can use 799 points to redeem Tops e-Coupon value 100 baht  and use 1,599 points to redeem Tops e-Coupon value 200 baht with a minimum amount of 800 baht or more/slip only and use 3,999 points to redeem Tops e-Coupon value 500 baht with a minimum amount of 1,000 baht or more/slip only, for use as a discount per purchase, redeem e-Coupon via KTC Mobile Application.
4. e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of successful redemption.
5. Redemption for discounts under this program Only for payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate sales slips and in the case of the difference in value after deduction of discounts Members must pay the difference with a credit card. the same card as the card using points to redeem for discounts only
6. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
7. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
8. Redemption for discounts under this program cannot be used as a discount for the payment of Tops Online, CENTRAL Eatery products, various service charges or top-ups, all types of calling cards and prepaid cards, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, wholesale or total purchases. with the same barcode from 6 packs or more, food court and rental shop products or services sold under Central Food Retail Co., Ltd.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
