Terms and Conditions for On Top Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC MASTERCARD credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 3 May 26 - 6 May 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating store at the minimum of 3,000 Baht per sales slip, will get 500 Baht instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased. OR
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating store at the minimum of 1,300 Baht per sales slip, will get 170 Baht instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.
4. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
5. Excluding the following items: wholesale (7 or more items bearing the same barcode per receipt), bulk pack of M-150's products, Birdy's products, Sponsor’s 24-pack products, Carabao Dang’s 50-pack products, Singha’s 24-pack soda, Hales Blue Boy's products, Brand’s products, electronics, all gift baskets, alcoholic beverages, infant and follow-up formula of baby milk powder, Chitralada milk pack, milk pack 9, 12, 24, 27 and 36, supplementary food, cooking oil, cooking sugar, medicine, medical supplies, some cosmeceutical products and Seasonal Pre-order items.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
