Promotion for KTC UNIONPAY credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY cash card at Boots

1. UnionPay credit cardholders must purchase with a UnionPay card (card number starting with 62) to receive THB 100 discount when spending THB 500 or more per receipt, or THB 200 discount when spending THB 1,000 or more per receipt, or THB 400 discount when spending THB 2,000 or more per receipt.
2. The program starts from November 15, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
3. This discount is applicable to all UnionPay cards, except UnionPay debit cards issued in Thailand.
4. The number of discounts is limited. The rights are available on a first-come, first-served basis or until the rights run out.
5. Receipts are not allowed to be accumulated.
6. The right to interpret the discount program is reserved by Boots Retail (Thailand) Limited and UnionPay International Co., Ltd., which reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
