1. We reserve the right to give a discount to KTC credit card members who have KTC FOREVER points (“points”) and spend with the card at Villa Market during 20th May 25 - 31st Dec 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers can redeem e-Coupon via the KTC Mobile app.
4. Villa Market e-Coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of successful redemption.
5. Villa Market e-Coupon under this program is used only for payment of goods per 1 sales slip only. Cannot separate sales slips.
6. Cardmembers can use e-Coupon as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for e-Coupon in accordance with specified conditions only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
