Promotion for KTC VISA credit card at The 1 App

1. Registration is available from 21 August 2026 to 31 October 2026.
2. Registration is limited to one (1) entitlement per cardholder and per The 1 membership number throughout the promotional period.
3. Customers must successfully register before making a purchase and accumulate a minimum same-day spending of THB 5,000 from purchases at two (2) or more participating Central Retail stores. Eligible purchases must be made using Visa Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards via contactless payment (Tap to Pay) only.
4. Participating Central Retail stores include Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, Supersports, participating stores under Central Marketing Group (CMG), Tops Food Hall, Tops, Tops Fine Food, Tops Daily, Tops Care, PET ’N ME, Matsukiyo, GO Wholesale, Thai Watsadu, BnB Home, Auto1, Power Buy, OfficeMate, and B2S (excluding online channels, Chat & Shop, and Personal Shopper services).
5. Customers must provide a The 1 membership number registered under the same name as the cardholder, or present their The 1 membership screen on the The 1 App at the point of payment.
6. A maximum of 11,000 eligible customers who meet the qualifying spending requirements will receive a THB 500 e-Voucher on a first-come, first-served basis, starting from 21 August 2026.
7. Customers must make eligible purchases from two (2) or more participating store categories. Eligibility is limited to purchases of actual goods made using Visa Credit Cards via Tap to Pay only. The Company reserves the right to randomly verify purchase receipts with participating stores and reserves the right to withhold benefits if purchases do not comply with the campaign requirements.
   Participating store categories are as follows:
   Store Category 1: Central Department Store (all branches), excluding online channels, Chat & Shop, and Personal Shopper services.
   Store Category 2: Robinson Department Store (all branches), excluding online channels, Chat & Shop, and Personal Shopper services.
   Store Category 3: Supersports and participating CRC Sports stores, including FIT BY SUPERSPORTS, SUPERSPORTS FACTORY STORE, SUPERSPORTS FACTORY OUTLET, SPEEDO, LIVERPOOL FOOTBALL CLUB, REEBOK, FILA, and COLUMBIA, excluding online channels, Chat & Shop, and Personal Shopper services.
   Store Category 4: Tops Food Hall, Tops, Tops Daily, Tops Care, and Matsukiyo (all branches), excluding Matsukiyo online channels.
   Store Category 5: GO Wholesale, excluding online channels.
   Store Category 6: Thai Watsadu and BnB Home (all branches), excluding online channels.
   Store Category 7: Auto1 (all branches), excluding online channels.
   Store Category 8: Power Buy (all branches and Power Buy event booths), excluding online channels.
   Store Category 9: OfficeMate (all branches), excluding online channels.
   Store Category 10: B2S (all branches), excluding online channels.
   Store Category 11: PET ’N ME (all branches), excluding PET ’N ME Corners located in Tops and Tops Food Hall stores, and excluding online channels.
   For the purpose of this promotion, all brands, branches, and sales channels within the same store category shall be counted as one (1) store category.
8. The THB 500 e-Voucher may be redeemed for purchases at participating Central Retail stores only.
9. Eligible customers will receive the e-Voucher in the The 1 App within 30 days after the end of the promotional period. The e-Voucher must be redeemed within 10 days from the date of issuance.
10. Eligible spending excludes refunded or returned purchases, Central Gift Cards, stored-value cards, prepaid cards, gift vouchers, purchases from concessionaires and service providers operating within department stores, including but not limited to laundry services, spa services, bag and leather cleaning services, shoe repair services, and watch repair services, product reservations and all types of deposit payments, purchases from Central Restaurants Group outlets, purchases from tenants located within Central Pattana shopping centres and Central Embassy, purchases from merchants not operated by Central Retail regardless of whether they participate in The 1 loyalty programme, utility bill payments, and financial transactions.
11. Eligible spending must be made using a card registered under the same full name as the The 1 membership number used for campaign registration.
12. The Company reserves the right to reclaim the value of any benefit granted to a cardholder in the event of an error or discrepancy in benefit allocation, or if the cardholder subsequently cancels, disputes, or rejects the related transaction or payment.
13. Benefits under this promotion cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, refunded, or transferred to any other person.
14. If a cardholder does not receive the benefit, or receives an incorrect benefit, please contact Facebook: Central Retail within 30 days after the end of the promotional period. Otherwise, the cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the Company's records and decisions as final and correct.
15. The Company's records and information systems shall be deemed final. Customers are advised to retain all registration confirmations and purchase receipts for verification purposes if required.
16. This promotion is subject to the terms and conditions determined by Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited and The 1 Central Company Limited.
17. The Company is not responsible for the quality or performance of any products or services. Any inquiries or complaints should be directed to the relevant merchant or service provider.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
