Promotion at Fitness First and Celebrity Fitness with KTC credit cards

Terms and Conditions for up to 600 KTC FOREVER

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER or KTC ROP points ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 16 Mar 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, all types of KTC PROUD, all types of KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers who wish to earn extra KTC Points under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type FR1, followed by a space, 16-digit credit card digits and send to 0613845000 (3 Baht/message), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. Only one time registration is required throughout the promotion period. In this regard, cardmembers must receive KTC’s registration confirmation message in order to participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5. In the case that cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card accounts. In the case that cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. Cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per transaction at participating store. Cardmembers will earn 50 extra KTC points in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. Members will receive a maximum of 600 points, with a period to check their spending within 15 months.
8. KTC will credit extra KTC points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
9. The extra KTC points received under this promotion will expire within 1 year on the date of receipt.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
