Terms and Conditions for participation in the promotional campaign

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who redeem KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and pay the campaign participation fee with participating KTC credit card (“Card”) during 20 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (“Campaign Period”) according to the Campaign terms and conditions specified by KTC only.
2. Cardmembers who wish to participate in this Campaign must have a BIB KTC Sports number for registration purposes. In the event that a Cardmember does not have a BIB KTC Sports number, please register through the following channels: http://ktc.promo/ktcsports-fb-group.
3. The following cards are not eligible for this Campaign: KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, KTC SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC P BERM, KTC CASH BACK, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
4. Cardmembers who participate in this Campaign acknowledge and agree that KTC and Thaidotrun Co., Ltd. (“ThaiRun”)  will collect, use, and disclose (“Process”) information relating to participation in the Campaign and/or personal data (“Personal Data”) as necessary for the following purposes: (1) to be used for registration for the Campaign; (2) for advertising and public relations purposes of the event organizer and/or ThaiRun through various promotional media as determined by the organizer; and/or (3) to deliver prizes to Cardmembers, provided that the Cardmembers have fully and correctly complied with all Campaign terms and conditions within the Campaign Period.  
5. KTC reserves the right to grant prizes only to Cardmembers who have complied correctly and completely with all rules and/or terms and conditions of this Campaign within the specified Campaign Period. Each eligible Cardmember will receive a total of 2 prizes, consisting of
   (1) 1  Finisher T-shirt for the relevant season, valued at 490 THB, which will be delivered to the address provided by the Cardmember; and (2) 2 Starbucks e-Coupons, valued at 100 THB each, which will be delivered via the Cardmember’s KTC Mobile application. Eligible Cardmembers will receive the prizes within 60 days from the last day of the Campaign Period.

7. Once a Cardmember has redeemed Points and paid the Campaign participation fee for this Campaign, the Points redemption cannot be canceled and the Campaign participation fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
8. Prizes under this Campaign cannot be exchanged, converted to cash, or transferred to any other party.
9. Prizes under this Campaign are exclusive for Cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the Campaign Period until the day on which such privileges are granted to Cardmembers, based on ThaiRun’s existing record.
10. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any prizes under this Campaign, whether in whole or in part, including the right to claim compensation for any damages (if any) if dishonest, fraudulent or deceptive activities are committed in order to receive the prizes under this Campaign.
    

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
