Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during 15 May 26 - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC Visa Commercial Credit Card, KTC Visa Corporate Credit Card, KTC Government Services Credit Card, all types of KTC Proud Cash Advance Cards, all types of KTC Big Boss Cash Advance Cards, KTC Cash Back Credit Card, KTC - Thai Red Cross National Blood Centre Credit Card, KTC - Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card.
- Cardmember can redeem 449 points + 1 baht to redeem 6 discount coupons from participating stores via the KTC Mobile app. Shop and use coupons at 2 stores within the promotion period to receive a free Starbucks coupon worth 100 baht, subject to terms and conditions.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
