Terms and Conditions for “Bangkok Airways Exclusive Ticket Deal”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) Applicable only for bookings and ticket issuance on Bangkok Airways for selected routes via www.bangkokair.com/ktcpg during 23 Sep 25 – 29 Sep 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. This offer is exclusive for KTC credit card only and applies on participating routes one-way or round-trip journey departing from Thailand and operated by Bangkok Airways only.
3. Bookings must be made via www.bangkokair.com/ktcpg and tickets must be paid with KTC credit card only.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion of Bangkok Airways.
5. Price may vary as a result of airport tax and surcharges (International flight) being calculated at the time of ticket issuance.
6. Limited seats per flight and may not be available on all flights.
7. This offer is applicable for a maximum of 9 passengers per booking only.
8. This offer is exclusively for participating KTC credit card members and tickets must be paid with a participating KTC credit card only. The holder of the credit card used to book a ticket must be one of the travellers on that itinerary, and will be required to show the actual credit card at the airport check-in counter prior to receiving boarding passes.
9. Ticket conditions of Bangkok Airways apply; conditions of each ticket may vary in accordance with the class of booking.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
