Terms and Conditions for “GET up to 50% discount on Maldives Resort Packages”
1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS credit card (“Cardmembers”) when booking Maldives resort packages through Like Maldives via the designated channels during the period 15 Nov 25 – 30 Sep 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who book Maldives resort packages through Like Maldives via the designated channels will receive an instant 50% discount on the regular price of the products/services.
“General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion
1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
