Terms and conditions for Trip.com Flight discounts

1. Promo codes are valid for bookings paid with Thailand-issued KTC Credit Card and can only be used when flight bookings are prepaid online in THB.
2. Promo code usage period: from the claiming date until 31 December 2025. Travel period: from the claiming date until 31 December 2026.
3. Promo code platforms: Trip.com Thailand desktop website, mobile website, and app (Version 7.5 or higher).
4. Users must sign in to Trip.com Thailand accounts and make a flight booking with a minimum spending as follow, then enter the promo code on the payment page to receive the discount. The price is calculated after taxes but doesn’t include miscellaneous expenses such as additional baggage fees or insurance.
5. Promo codes can be applied to one-way or round-trip tickets booking all routes except china domestic routes. The discount can be used for calculating the airfare from the before tax and fee price, excluding additional expenses such as taxes, additional surcharges, and insurance fees.
6. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promo code can be used per account per month.
7. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
8. In case of booking cancellations, the promo code will be returned to the system, and other users can use it again.
9. Flight change and cancellation policies may vary. Please refer to the flight policies upon reservation.
10. Prices displayed are subject to availability. All prices are accurate at the time they are displayed and are updated regularly. Please refer to the details listed on Trip.com to confirm availability, prices, and terms and conditions.
11. Promo codes used to make bookings which are then modified by customer service hotline will be considered null and void. In such an event, customers will not be credited back with the promo code and will not be entitled to any new promo code.

6. Promo codes cannot be used with the hotels or room types that are provided by partners.
7. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one promo code can be used per account per month.
8. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
9. In case of booking cancellations, the promo code will be returned to the system, and other users can use it again.

Top Spender promotion terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 May -31 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full whereas the cumulative spending amount must be at the minimum of 5,000 Baht, and customers who registered for Privilege 1 will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
4. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, all types of purchase of LTF/RMF (MCC 6211), installment payment with KTC card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased and any other type of refund.
5. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. The prize of this promotion is Air Ticket and Hotel Voucher, total 6 pieces, total valued more than 83,562 Baht, exclusion of any other relevant expenses. In this connection, the top spending Cardmember will be solely responsible for the said expenses.
7. Term & Condition of The prize of this promotion: following each hotel voucher condition

KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC website within 16 Jun 2025, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
9. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 card number/1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
10. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who has completed the booking to reach the spending first priority and has good payment record and more frequently and continuously spend on card/ is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
11. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
12. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
13. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
14. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
15. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
