Terms and conditions for Installment payment at Traveloka

  1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods / services with KTC credit card (“card”) at www.traveloka.com and Traveloka Application during 1 Jan 26 – 31 Dec 26 according to specified conditions only.
  2. Installment is available with a minimum transaction of THB 3,000 for 3 months and 6 months tenure (including Insurance Fee and other promos in one Booking ID).
  3. Valid for bookings through Traveloka App minimum version 2.9 and the desktop or mobile version of www.traveloka.com.
  4. Installment process may take up to 14 working days. If your credit card statement was printed during this period, you may see the full transaction fee in your statement and mobile application. Ignore this as the correct amount will be printed on your next monthly statement.
  5. Transaction in installment is refundable according to the product refund policy. However, Installment Fee cannot be refunded.
  6. Requesting a refund will not cancel your next installment payments. You will have to pay the remaining amount of your installment when you request for a refund.
  7. If you wish to continue the installment payment after you request for refund, please contact KTC Call Center.
  8. Please note that request for an installment cannot be done via Traveloka Customer Service.
  9. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card.
  10. The Installment payment with KTC Card plan is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion according to specified conditions only.
  11. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.

Terms and conditions on traveloka website

  1. Installment plans are available for transactions with a min. amount of THB 3,000.
  2. Installment fee is charged by Traveloka. Krung Thai Card (KTC) will not charge any additional fees.
  3. Installments are only available for KTC credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
  4. Installment fee cannot be refunded.
  5. Requesting a refund will not automatically cancel your plan, so you will need to pay the remaining amount (if any) after receiving your refund.
  6. Your bank will process your installments within 14 working days. If your credit card statement was printed during this period, you may see the full transaction fee in your statement. Please ignore this as the correct amount will be printed on your next monthly statement.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods / services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store / seller / service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods / services.
  6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products / services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products / services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
  7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and / or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
