Shopping promotion at 9 outlets across Europe in The Bicester Collection with all types of KTC credit cards

1. A “VIP Card” or “eVIP Card” is a reward card that entitles the holder to receive a ten per cent (10%) discount on products within participating boutiques at participating Villages.
2. The VIP Card is only valid on the date of issue and at the participating Village in which it is issued, and can only be used once in each participating boutique. The eVIP QR code is only available to use for a period of up to 24 hours from the first purchase made using the eVIP QR code in the participating Village. The VIP Card or eVIP QR code cannot be used for previously made purchases.
3. Either print, or save this offer on a mobile device and present at time of payment, unless otherwise stated.
4. Benefits cannot be redeemed without Offer information. Failure to redeem the offer at the proper time may result in denial of the benefit.
5. The VIP Card or eVIP QR code is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or offers and will not be available during "further reduction" or "blackout" periods, when an alternative gift may be offered. Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 April 2025 – 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The privileges under this program can be used together with the 10% discount privilege.
3. Members can accumulate their sales slips to acquire the gift according to the specified tier at the Concierge Services service points of participating merchants within the date that the member spends via the card. Subject to terms and conditions only

Terms and Conditions for extra miles offer

1. The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Royal Orchid Plus members only ( “Member”)
2. This promotional offer is available to Members during the period 01 April 2025 to 15 May 2025 (inclusive) only (the “Period of Promotion”).
3. This promotional offer is available at one of: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; or La Vallee Village (collectively the “Participating Villages” and individually a “Participating Village”).
4. Triple Miles Offer:
     a. Triple Miles Offer #1:
       i. Triple Miles Offer #1 is available at Bicester Village and La Vallee Village only (the “Offer #1 Villages”) for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
       (i) proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and
       (ii) their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€300 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three point seven five (3.75) Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual one point two five (1.25) Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer #1”).
     b. Triple Miles Offer #2:
       i. Triple Miles Offer #2 is available at Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village and Maasmechelen Village only (the “Offer #2 Villages”) for Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:
       (i) proof of their Royal Orchid Plus membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and
       (ii) their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in an Offer #1 Village which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€200 (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive three point seven five (3.75) Royal Orchid Plus Miles instead of the usual one point two five (1.25) Royal Orchid Plus Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer #2”).
     c. Claims for the above Triple Miles Offers can only be made:
      i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Offer #1 Village or Offer #2 Village in which the Qualifying Purchases are made (as appropriate) on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or

7. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Royal Orchid Plus Miles under the Triple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
8. The right to benefit from the Triple Miles Offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
9. The Triple Miles Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with the Triple Miles Offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
10. The benefits granted by the Triple Miles Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Triple Miles Offer for any reason at any time.
12. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Triple Miles Offer, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Triple Miles Offer.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
