Terms and Conditions for MG Maxus 9 Airport Transfer Service
- Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance before the service date via LINE OA: @avisthailand.
- The company will confirm the booking after receiving the service fee (if any).
- This code provides transfer service between the origin and destination without any detours or stopovers. In case of additional pick-up or drop-off points, a fee of 400 Baht per point will be charged (if any).
- This code includes vehicle fee, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking, and expressway fees. This is the price per vehicle (for BKK Zone A-B only). For Zone C, an additional 300 Baht per trip will be charged (as per attached details).
- For airport pick-up (one-way), the waiting time is 90 minutes from the appointment time. If exceeded, 700 Baht per hour will be charged, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours.
- For non-airport pick-up (one-way), the waiting time is 30 minutes from the appointment time. If exceeded, 700 Baht per hour will be charged, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.
- In case of usage exceeding and/or beyond what was notified to the company, the company reserves the right to collect additional service fees.
- In case of changes to information or trip cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours before the departure at the appointed time. Failure to appear at the appointed time will be considered a NO SHOW. The customer's right to this service will be forfeited, and it will be considered that the company has completed the service.
- All terms and conditions are as specified by AVIS Rent A Car, and the company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The company is only a booking agent. In case of damage, injury, and/or loss of opportunity, liability shall be in accordance with the terms of said vehicle. The user cannot claim damages or other expenses from the company and must claim damages directly from the service provider only.
Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during01/04/2026 - 31/12/2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
