Promotion at Budget Thailand with KTC Credit Card

Budget Thailand's Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-payment & Booking: Book and pay in advance using KTC VISA, MASTERCARD, or JCB credit cards via https://budget.co.th/Bank/?PartnerCode=BUDGETKTC200. The physical card used for booking must be presented to staff on the pick-up date for a security credit limit hold. Bookings are subject to vehicle and branch availability.
2. • Grace Period: A maximum of 1-hour late return is allowed. Returns exceeding 1 hour will be charged at 1/3 of the daily rate per hour. Returns exceeding 3 hours will be charged as a full day.
2. Non-Refundable: This promotion is non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Rate Includes: 7% VAT, basic Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) with deductible, and unlimited mileage.
4. Rate Excludes: Super Loss Damage Waiver (SDW) with zero deductible, Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and other optional services.

   3. A valid Credit Card (matching the renter's name) with sufficient balance for a ฿5,000 security deposit per vehicle, plus any additional rental fees or services.
6. Exclusions: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Cash and Debit Cards are not accepted.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 Mar 26 – 30 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC UNIONPAY credit card, all type of KTC PROUD cash card.   
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at Budget Thailand, will get 200 Baht discount per day on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
