Terms and Conditions

Special privilege for KTC Credit Card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD cash card cardholders who make rental car reservations and redeem privileges with Drive Car Rental at www.drivecarrental.com/th/offers/ktc-credit-card/ / Call Center Tel. 02-821- 5992 from 20 Jan 24 – 31 Dec 24.
A valid driver's license is required.
Please present the credit card used to make the reservation and pay with a credit card on the day of rental car pickup.
This price includes personal accident insurance, car insurance, and taxes (SCDW insurance, tires and window are not included).
Renter requirements: the renter must be at least 21 years of age. The main and additional drivers must present a valid driver's license and a national ID or passport for car pickup. The driver(s) must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license which must be held for at least 1 year.
The renter must have a driver's license or international driving license or a Thai translation of the driver's license.
The renter must be the owner of the credit card. The credit card must have a sufficient credit limit of a minimum of 10,000 baht or more to rent a car.
Deposit payment hold: a deposit hold will be placed on the credit card. The amount of the hold depends on the rental car model. There is a 10,000 baht deposit hold for a small 1.2-1.6 cc engine car and 20,000 baht for a large 1.8 cc or higher engine car. The deposit payment hold will be released from the credit card once the car is returned and in the condition according to the specified conditions.

The Company can accommodate the following delivery and pickup (within Bangkok only):
- Free delivery - pickup for customers who rent more than 7 days (20 kilometres free of charge)
- 21 – 30 kilometers: 321 baht fee/one way
- 31 – 50 kilometers: 535 baht fee/one way
- 51 – 70 kilometers: 749 baht fee/one way
- For delivery - pickup at upcountry or 70 kilometers or more: fee according to the distance
- For rentals less than 7 days or services at upcountry branches, please contact Reservation for more information
There is a 1-hour grace period for returns.

The Company reserves the right to cancel reservations if there is no vacant cars during long holidays and celebrations.

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 20 Jan 24 - 31 Dec 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores at specific link, will get special price from original price of goods/services purchased.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
