Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid for car pick-ups till 31 Dec 27 for self-drive rentals on Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) at all participating locations worldwide.
Offer is valid for self-drive rentals on base Affordable Rates (leisure retail rates) for pickup at participating Hertz locations in United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain Mainland and UK) and Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam).
Offer is subject to a minimum 1 day rental.
Offer is valid on regular car groups excluding Hertz Collections.
Vehicle models may differ and specifications may vary by location. Vehicles can be reserved by car group only and not by particular car model or colour. Fleet subject to change without notice.
Reservation must be made at least 24 hours (48 hours for rentals in Asia) prior departure.
Minimum rental age applies and all drivers must be in the possession of a valid driver's license, which must be held for at least 1 year (2 years in Hong Kong).
Offer applies to time and mileage only and does not apply to taxes, fees and optional services.
No other rates, discounts or promotions can be used concurrently.
Hertz standard rental qualifications, rental period and return restrictions in effect at time and place of rental, as per applicable rate plan terms & conditions apply.
Valid KTC credit card must be presented during car pick-up and for payment.
Standard blackout dates apply.
Hertz reserves the right to modify and/or cancel any offers without prior notice.

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 16 Jan 26 – 31 Dec 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC PROUD
Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores and book via specific link will get 10 % instant discount on the original price of goods.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
