This privilege is for
- using Promo Code: HKTC24, booking via www.hertzthailand.com with Pay Now option only during 15 Feb 24 – 31 Mar 24 / 1 May 24 – 31 Oct 24.
- using Promo Code: HKTC24S, booking via www.hertzthailand.com with Pay Now option only during 1 Apr 24 – 30 Apr 24 / 1 Nov 24 – 31 Jan 25.
This privilege includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), 1 additional driver, unlimited kilometers. and VAT 7%
Pre-authorized THB 5,000 from valid KTC CREDIT and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY / MASTERCARD cash card ONLY is required once make a rental agreement on pick up date.
This privilege does not include first class insurance (SCDW), tire insurance (TW), theft protection insurance (TP), personal accident insurance (PAI) and other additional services. These can be purchased via the website www.hertzthailand.com, and at Hertz Thailand service branches nationwide.
This privilege is for booking a rental car with Hertz Car Rental (Thailand).
This privilege cannot be used with other promotions.
This privilege cannot be transferred / exchanged / changed to cash and is non-refundable.
For any modifications made through our Call Centre, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A service fee of 200 baht applies for each modification. Please contact Call Center 02 266 4666. The company reserve the right to not refund in any case.
Weekend Charge of an additional 200 baht/day applies on rentals during Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
One day car rental is equivalent to 24 hours, if more than 1 hour an additional 25% accumulative per hour of the normal rental price will be charged. If more than 4 hours, 1 day of the normal rental price will be charged.
Delivery and collection services are available only for rentals of 3 days or more, free of charge within 15 kilometers radius distance from the Hertz location during business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If more than 15 kilometers, an additional service fee will be charged. One Way Rentals are only available when renting a car from 3 days onwards.
• Renting a car for 3-4 days, the service fee will apply according to the specified distance.
• In case of renting a car for 5 days or more, there is no one way rental service charges
*Except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches where there will be a service fee in all cases.
