Promotion at Hertz Thailand with KTC Credit Card

Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Payment: KTC members must book via www.hertzthailand.com and select the "Pay Now" option (full prepayment at the time of booking) only.
2. Promo Codes: Members must enter the applicable Promo Code based on the travel period:
   Travel Period 1 (17 Mar 2026 – 30 Sep 2026): Use code HPKTC26
   Travel Period 2 (1 Oct 2026 – 17 Mar 2027): Use code HPKTC26S
3. Availability: Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking.
4. Exclusions: This offer does not include Tire Waiver (TW), Theft Protection (TP), or Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).
5. Liability: In the event of vehicle damage or total loss, the member is responsible for costs exceeding 30,000 THB.
6. Pick-up/Drop-off: Vehicles must be collected during the operating hours of participating branches. An additional service fee applies for after-hours pick-up or return.
7. Security Deposit: A credit card security deposit of 5,000 THB is required for all car models upon vehicle collection.
8. Non-combinable: This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
9. Non-refundable: This privilege cannot be transferred, exchanged, canceled, or redeemed for cash.
10. Amendments: Any changes to the booking must be made at least 48 hours before pick-up via reserve@hertzthailand.com. A service fee of 200 THB per amendment applies. Rental fees are non-refundable in all cases once the booking is confirmed.
11. One-Way Rentals: Rentals under 3 days must pick up and return at the same branch.
    - For rentals of 3–4 days, a one-way fee applies (as determined by the provider).
    - For rentals of 5 days or more, the one-way fee is waived, except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches, where a fee applies in all cases.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 Mar 26 - 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all type of KTC PROUD cash card. (excluding cardmembers are depending on mechanic of the promotion)
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores will get special price for domestic car rental at Hertz Thailand on the original price of goods/services purchased.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
