Terms and conditions for Trip.com 7% hotel discounts

1. This promotion is only eligible for customers that access to Trip.com website from specific link only
2. During promotion period, the customer must log in as Trip.com member to make a booking via provided link, fill promotion code in payment page in order to receive the discount:
   Accommodation : Trip.com member receives 7% for participated accommodations worldwide with maximum discount of 2,500 THB per booking / transaction.
3. Promotion code can be applied to pre-paid accommodation and payments in THB currency only and limit 10 times use per campaign.
4. Promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and one promotion code can be used with one booking per device.
5. Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one promo code can be used for one booking per device. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
6. In case of booking cancellations and changes. the promotion will be considered null and void.
7. Prices are correct at time of publication and are updated regularly. Prices displayed are subject to availability and change.
8. Trip.com reserves all rights to cancel or modify bookings, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

1. This Co-promotion is only eligible for customers that access to Trip.com website via specific link only.
2. During Promotion Period, the customer must log in as Trip.com user to make a flight booking via provided link and enter the Promo Code at the payment page in order to receive the discount.
   Flight promotion : Trip.com member receives 2% off for flight booking| promotion code can only be applied to participated routes with maximum discount of 2,500 THB . The discount refer to the based price before tax & fee, exclude other fee such as city tax etc.
3. For all Co-promotions, the discount applies to the price before tax and fee, excluding other miscellaneous expenses/fee such as baggage fee or insurance.
4. Promo Code can be applied during flight bookings in Thai Baht (THB) currency only and limit 10 times use per campaign. Excluded Child /Infant ticket.
5. Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and only one promo code can be used for one booking per device. Promo codes cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or Trip Coins.
6. In case of booking cancellations, the promo code will be considered null and void. In such an event, customers will not be credited back with the promo code and will not be entitled to any new promo code.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
