“Cathay Top redeemers” Promotion transfer KTC FOREVER points to Asia Miles with KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for “Top Redeemers”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 August 2025 – 15 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only KTC FOREVER which are convert to Asia Miles between 15 Aug 25 – 15 Oct 25 (Based on the date of transaction that has been made with KTC), which top 3 redeemers will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder as follows:
• Member with the 1st highest points transfer: Regala Skycity Hotel Hong Kong voucher – Deluxe Seaview Room for 2 nights including breakfast for 2 persons, valued at 15,000 Baht.
• Member with the 2nd highest points transfer: Cassia Phuket voucher – One Bedroom Suite Water for 2 nights including breakfast for 2 persons, valued at 13,250 Baht.
• Member with the 3rd highest points transfer: Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort, Phang Nga voucher – Deluxe Pool View Room for 2 nights including breakfast for 2 persons, valued at 11,000 Baht.
4. The prize in this Promotion is hotel voucher total valued 39,250 Baht. In this connection, the top converting Cardmember will be solely responsible for the said expenses and cardmember will be solely responsible for any damage or loss.
5. KTC Cardmember must be Cathay member before converting KTC FOREVER to Asia Miles, if not please register at https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/th_TH/membership/sign-up.html
6. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/travel/miles-redemption/asia-miles-cathay  within 30 November 2025, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number/Email provided to KTC within 15 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top converting Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
7. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
8. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top converting Cardmember in line.
9. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
10. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
11. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
12. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.
13. Lucky members receiving prizes valued at 1,000 Baht or more are required to pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value, in accordance with the Revenue Department Notification TorPor 4/2528 and/or as stipulated by applicable laws (if any).

“General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
