Terms and conditions of Agoda

1. Offer: Up to 10% discount + Up to 20% discount, in total capped at USD300 (THB10,000) per eligible transaction
2. Book Period: 01 April 2025 to 30 September 2025
3. Stay Period: 01 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
4. Destination: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China Mainland, Hong Kong China (“HK”), India, Indonesia, Japan, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Macau China, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Maldives The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Visa Infinite cards issued in eligible APAC markets (Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China Mainland, Hong Kong China (“HK”), India, Indonesia, Japan, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Macau China, Myanmar, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Maldives) which bears the Visa name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their valid Visa Infinite card in order to enjoy the Promotion.
5. The Promotion discount for up to 10% + 20% which in total is capped at USD300 (THB10,000) per eligible transaction, on first come first served basis. Note that the up to 10% discount is applied directly to the per night price for select accommodations [on the accommodation information page] and the up to 20% discount will be applied at checkout page for select accommodations.
6. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
8. The Promotion is valid for bookings of eligible accommodation made on the Site during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period
9. The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders in good standing of Visa Infinite card which: bears Visa’s name or logo on the face of the card; or refers to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of the Visa Group.
10. Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their Visa Infinite card in order to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked eligible for promotion in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: agoda.com/visaluxe (“Site”)
11. The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
12. Limited redemptions available.
13. Bookings on the Site are not eligible for use with gift cards.
14. The up to 20% Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Visa Infinite card number.
15. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and further terms and conditions of Visa, which are subject to change at any time. In the case of a dispute, a joint decision by Visa and Agoda is final.
16. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
17. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
18. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at Visa's sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
19. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda and Visa will not be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the Privileges, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.
20. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
21. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
