Car Rental Terms & Conditions – Chic Car Rent Starting Price: 700 THB

1. This special offer is exclusively for customers of the “Green Getaway” campaign.
2. Please mention Code: CHICxGetaway when making a reservation to receive the promotional offer.
3. Customers will receive a 100 THB cash voucher per reservation (1 booking = 1 voucher).
4. The promotion is limited to 100 redemptions only.
5. The offered price includes Platinum-level insurance.
6. No additional weekend or holiday charges (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
7. The discount is applicable to all car models at all branches.
8. Reservations must be made at least 7–14 days in advance.
9. Renters must be 21 years old or older.
10. Renters must present a valid national ID card or passport on the rental and return dates.
11. Renters must hold a valid driver’s license (domestic or international), issued for at least one year and still valid at the time of rental.
12. A security deposit of 5,000 THB will be blocked on a credit card upon vehicle pickup, applicable to all car models.
13. This special offer cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
14. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
15. In case of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
16. For Electric Vehicles (EVs): Battery level will be between 90–100% upon vehicle pickup.
17. EV renters must return the vehicle with a battery level of no less than 25%.
18. All other terms and conditions are as specified by the company.

Traveloka THB 200 Discount Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is valid from 15 June to 15 August 2025.
2. Coupon type: Get THB 200 discount for a minimum booking value of THB 2,000.
3. Applicable only to accommodations in Thailand that are sustainably managed and certified, across all provinces.
4. Only valid for hotels that are certified for sustainable management in any province in Thailand.
5. This promotion can be combined with other ongoing promotions during the campaign period.
6. Limited to the first 500 redemptions only throughout the campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 17 Jun 25 – 30 Aug 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at www.ktc.co.th/greengetaway, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC. 
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card p, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. Terms and Conditions for Top Spender

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/ UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 17 Jun 25  – 31 Aug 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full  payment with KTC card at the minimum of 20,000 Baht per sales slip, will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
4. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
5. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. The prize in this Promotion is Top Spender #1 receives a voucher for a stay at Springfield @Sea Resort & Spa, Pool Villa Beachfront room, 2 days 1 night for 2 persons, 1 prize valued at 35,000 THB. Top Spender #2 receives a voucher from Pan Clinic for Advance Lift (Hifu) treatment, 1 prize valued at 15,000 THB. 7. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at www.ktc.co.th/greengetawau within 31 Oct 25, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via  phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
8. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
9. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
10. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions or cannot be contacted within 7 days, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
11. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
12. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
13. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
14. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
