Terms and conditions for using KTC FOREVER points to redeem AgodaCash
  1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to KTC – AGODA MASTERCARD credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“a point/points”) who registered to use KTC Mobile app (“KTC Mobile app)” during every 20th - 25th of the month (Jan 25 - Dec 25) (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
  2. All KTC – AGODA MASTERCARD credit cardmembers (except for other types of cards that have been explicitly excluded) can use KTC FOREVER points to redeem AgodaCash at the ratio of 400 KTC FOREVER points : USD equivalent of THB 100 AgodaCash. It will be calculated in USD when changing to AgodaCash by using the currency exchange rate set by Agoda at the time of transfer to Agoda’s account.
  3. AgodaCash is not legal tender, has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. AgodaCash also cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged.   4. Cardmembers who wish to redeem KTC FOREVER points for AgodaCash must be Agoda’s member. In case of being Agoda’s member, new members can easily sign up and go through details at https://www.agoda.com/ by using the same e-mail address provided to KTC.
  5. KTC FOREVER points redeemed for AgodaCash cannot be converted back to KTC FOREVER points under any circumstances. KTC reserves the right not to be responsible for all redeemed points.
  6. The AgodaCash redemption process takes approximately 14 working days.
  7. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, or privileges of this promotion without prior notice, In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
  6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
