Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for up to 15 % Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during specified period 1 Jun 25 – 30 Jun 25  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at ktc.promo/travelsuperdeal25 within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at specified minimum of spending, will be eligible to redeem KTC FOREVER points up to 15% cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of Promotion Period. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

Top Spender promotion terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating partners during 1 Jun 25 - 30 Jun 25, the prizes will be announced on 15 Jul 25. (“Promotion Period”) , according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full whereas the cumulative spending amount must be at the minimum of 5,000 Baht, and customers who registered for Privilege 1 will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
4. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, all types of purchase of LTF/RMF (MCC 6211), installment payment with KTC card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased and any other type of refund.
5. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
6. The prizes in this promotion are various vouchers, totaling 20 prizes, with a total value 200,000 baht. Conditions of this promotion's prizes: Subject to the conditions specified in each voucher. However, the prizes do not include any other related expenses, which the member with the highest cumulative spending amount must pay for. The prize will be announced on 15 Jul 25 and.
7. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at ktc.promo/travelsuperdeal25 , the prizes will be announced on 15 Jul 25. KTC will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
8. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 card number/1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
9. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who has completed the booking to reach the spending first priority and has good payment record and more frequently and continuously spend on card/ is the first person who made card payment for goods/services purchased under this Promotion. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
10. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
11. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
12. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
13. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
14. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

“General Terms and Conditions”Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
