Terms and conditions for Trip.com Flight discounts

1. Promotion is valid for KTC Visa credit cardholders and Trip.com’s users.
2. Promotion platforms: th.Trip.com desktop website, mobile website, and app (version 7.5 or above) with Thai or English language.
3. Users must log in to their Trip.com accounts, then enter the promo code on the checkout page to use it.
4. Promotion details:
   (i) Flight promo code: THB 500 OFF (minimum spend of THB 8,000) : The promo code is reserved for 55 privileges per month (440 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (ii) Flight promo code: THB 1,000 OFF (minimum spend of THB 15,000): The promo code is reserved for 50 privileges per month (400 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (iii) Flight promo code: THB 1,500 OFF (minimum spend of THB 20,000) : The promo code is reserved for 20 privileges per month (160 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (iv) Flight promo code: THB 2,500 OFF (minimum spend of THB 25,000) : The promo code is reserved for 25 privileges per month (200 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (v) Promotion period: during the month when the promo code is issued. Traveling period: until April 30, 2026
   (vi) The promo code applies to one-way or round-trip flights worldwide excluding China domestic flights.
   (vii) The promo code applies to the price after taxes (not including miscellaneous expenses such as additional baggage fees or insurance).
   (viii) Transactions must be made in THB currency.
5. Users can apply the promo code without limit throughout the campaign period.
6. If the user changes a booking for which they used a promo code, that promo code will be returned to the system for other users to use again.
7. Promo codes used to make bookings that are later modified via the customer service will be considered null and void. In such cases, customers will not be credited back with the promo code nor entitled to a new promo code.
8. Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash or Trip Coins.
9. Different flight types may have different change and cancellation policies. The User shall read the change and cancellation policies for the specific flight types before booking.
10. To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this Promotion.
11. Trip.com reserves all right of final interpretation for this promo. Other terms and conditions on the flight as specified in the Promotion shall apply.

   (i) Hotel promo code: THB 600 OFF (minimum spend of THB 6,000) : The promo code is reserved for 55 privileges per month (440 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (ii) Hotel promo code: THB 1,300 OFF (minimum spend of THB 12,000) : The promo code is reserved for 25 privileges per month (200 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (iii) Hotel promo code: THB 2,500 OFF (minimum spend of THB 18,000) : The promo code is reserved for 20 privileges per month (160 privileges throughout the campaign period).
   (iv) Promotion period: during the month when the promo code is issued. Traveling period: until April 30, 2026
   (v) The promo code applies to all hotels and room types excluding hotels or room types that are provided by partners.
   (vi) The promo code applies to the price after taxes.
   (vii) Transactions must be made in THB currency.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
