Terms and conditions for Trip.com Flight discounts

1. This promotion is reserved for new members who make a reservation through the link. https://th.trip.com/w/ktcth Only
2. During the promotion period, the member must log in as a Trip.com member to make a booking through the specified link and enter the promotion code during the payment process to receive the discount.
3. Flight: *New* Trip.com members receive an additional 5% discount for flight bookings up to THB 1,200 and a discount calculated from the price before including taxes and fees, excluding other additional costs such as taxes, extra baggage fees and insurance.
4. The promo code is valid for booking in THB only.
5. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and for new Trip.com customers only.
6. If a booking is cancelled, the promo code will be returned to the member's account and can be used again. If the booking is changed by the call center, the promo code will be considered void and cancelled.
7. Special fares may have strict conditions regarding change of travel date, refund etc. Please check the detailed terms and conditions before booking.
8. The price shown is the price at the time of publication and may change. Can be queried at th. Tripp. Com to confirm the number of available rooms/available seat prices, including relevant terms and conditions.
9. Tripp. Com reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice, if it is found that the reservation is used for business, resale or improper reservation.
10. Tripp. Com reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice when it is found that the reservation does not meet the specified conditions.
11. The final consideration is based on Tripp. Com and regard it as the end.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
