Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption

1. This promotion program (the "Program") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to offer special privileges to KTC credit card members ("Members") who have spending via all types of KTC credit cards ("Cards") during the period from June 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (the “Program Period”) under the specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC CASH BACK credit card members, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, KTC PROUND, and KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS from participating in this Program.
3. The redemption of points for the Program is reserved exclusively for Members who spend through the Card via the KTC World Travel Service (call center) only, under the specified conditions.
4. In cases where the spending amount on a sales slip includes a fraction of a satang, KTC reserves the right to round up to the nearest baht to use as the spending amount for calculating points to redeem discounts as per the Program.
5. Redemption of points for specified flight tickets that require additional fees and taxes must be paid with the same card used to redeem the points for the flight ticket only.
6. The right to redeem points for this promotion is reserved only for members who have sufficient points in their card account to redeem for discounts according to the conditions set in this promotion.
7. The right to forgo KTC FOREVER reward points for all 0% installment transactions through the card is reserved.

Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jan 2025 – 31 Dec 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUND 
3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.
4. Stop giving regular points and extra points with all transactions 0% installment payment via card.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
