Promotion Redeem points for discount and cashback with KTC - KRUNGTHAI credit cards

Terms and Conditions for Using KTC FOREVER Points to Redeem Discounts at KTC World Travel Service

1. This promotional campaign ("Promotion") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer discounts to members of KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA SIGNATURE /  KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS VISA SIGNATURE credit card. ("Members") who have KTC FOREVER points ("Points") and make payments using their card at KTC World Travel Service during February 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period") according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members who make full payments for goods/services with their card, for 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip at KTC World Travel Service (Call Center) Tel. 02 123 5050 or LINE: @KTCWORLD can redeem every 1,000 Points for a 13% discount on the redeemed Points according to the specified conditions. Points redemption is limited to the purchase amount per sales slip.
3. The Points redemption under this Promotion only applies to payment for goods/services per 1 sales slip, and  the transaction cannot be split into multiple slips. In case there is a remaining balance after the discount is applied, Members must pay the difference using the same card used for Points redemption.
4. The discount received from this Promotion can be used as an additional discount from the price of goods/services after deducting all types of discounts from participating stores.
5. This privilege is reserved only for Members who have sufficient Points in their card accounts to redeem for discounts according to the conditions specified in this Promotion.
6. Points redemption for discounts under this Promotion is limited to 1 time per 1 sales slip only.

Terms and Conditions for Additional Cashback of Up to 7% on Redeemed Points

1. These privileges are exclusively reserved for Krungthai Private Banking /Krungthai Precious+/Krungthai Iconic customers who maintain assets as specified by the Bank. These privileges cannot be transferred or assigned to others.
2. For Travel Privileges, customers who make full payments for goods/services using KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA SIGNATURE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS VISA SIGNATURE credit card (primary card only) of 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip at KTC WORLD Travel Service Center (Tel. 02 123 5050 or LINE: @KTCWORLD) can redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for a 13% discount on the redeemed points (conditions of points redemption are as specified by KTC), and receive an additional cashback throughout the promotion period, from February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period"), according to the following rates and conditions:

3. KTC will credit the cashback to the customer's credit card account within 60 days from the last day of the transaction month.
4. Cashback Calculation Examples:
   For Krungthai Private Banking customers,
   
   • When redeeming 12,000 KTC FOREVER points will receive a 13% discount = 1,560 THB and an additional 7% cashback = 840 THB.
   • When redeeming 20,000 KTC FOREVER points will receive a 13% discount = 2,600 THB and an additional 7% cashback = 840 THB (the cashback is limited to a maximum of 840 THB per redemption).
5. If a customer redeems points for more than one transaction on the same day, the cashback credit will be calculated based on the spending transaction that occurred first.
6. These privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, converted to cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7. The Bank reserves the right to modify, change, or add conditions and/or cancel these privileges, either in whole or in part, including replacing it with benefits of similar or equivalent value. The Bank will announce or notify customers 15 days in advance before implementation through the Bank's website or other channels as specified by the Bank. However, in cases where customers do not lose any benefits, the Bank may not be required to announce or notify customers in advance. In case of any disputes or controversies related to these privileges, the Bank's decision shall be final.
8. Other criteria and conditions for granting privileges under this promotion are as specified by the Bank and KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
