Note:

Your existing physical Priority Pass™ card will remain valid until January 31, 2025 only. From February 1, 2025 onwards, members will be required to register and access airport lounge services through the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card via the Priority Pass™ application.

• Cardholders approved from 1 February 2026 onwards will receive the code via KTC Mobile App notification and/or SMS within 15 days from the approval date of the primary card.

Terms and Conditions for Eligibility and Use of Airport Lounge Services
via Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card

  1. Eligibility for Lounge Access Privileges
    • 1.1. Members shall receive airport lounge access entitlement through Priority Pass™ for eligible credit cards under the following conditions:
      • (1) Primary Cardholders : 6 visits / primary card / year. Visit entitlement for each annual period expires on January 31 of the following year.
      • (2) Supplementary Cardholders : 6 visits / supplementary card / year in the subsequent year, subject to the following conditions:
        • • When cumulative spending from all cards under the primary cardholder's credit limit (all primary cards and all supplementary cards) combined within a 12-month calendar year period (January – December) reaches each threshold of 600,000 baht, the member shall receive lounge access entitlement for the following year at 6 visits per year per supplementary card (entitlement commences within February and expires on January 31 of the following year).
        • • Where cumulative spending reaches the specified threshold but there is more than 1 supplementary card, entitlement shall be allocated in the following order:
          • o The supplementary card with the highest spending shall receive priority for lounge access entitlement.
          • o Where multiple supplementary cards have equal spending, the supplementary card with the earliest approval date shall receive priority for lounge access entitlement.
        • • Where cumulative spending does not meet the specified threshold, all supplementary cards shall not receive lounge access entitlement for the following year.
    • 1.2 Lounge visit entitlements shall be counted based on the number of persons accessing the lounge on each occasion. Each person shall be counted as one visit. Where the cardholder is accompanied by guests, visits will be counted according to the total number of persons entering the lounge. Visit counting is based on the local date and time at the airport where services are accessed, as reported by Priority Pass™.
    • 1.3 If members exceed their allocated visits, Priority Pass™ will charge an additional fee of USD 35 per person per visit to the credit card linked to the member's Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account. Such charges will appear on the member’s credit card statement, Members may check the remaining visit balances through the Priority Pass™ application at any time. In the event of disputes concerning lounge access charges, members must contact Priority Pass™ directly within 60 days from the date such charges appear on their credit card statement. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Priority Pass™ terms and conditions.
  2. Terms of Service Use
    • 2.1. Members entitled to airport lounge access through Priority Pass™ must register for the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account before accessing lounge services, as follows:
      • (1) Members will receive a Registration Code to create a Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account from KTC via notifications in the KTC Mobile application and/or SMS to the mobile number registered with KTC within the specified period.
      • (2) Members must use the Registration Code to register and create a Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account at www.prioritypass.com/ktc in accordance with the specified conditions, completing all required information.
        The Registration Code is valid for 60 days from receipt. Such code is exclusive to the primary or supplementary cardholder who receives lounge access entitlement only. Members must register their Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account using the name-surname that matches the name-surname of the cardholder who receives the entitlement only.
      • (3) Upon successful registration of the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account, members may access participating airport lounge services through the Priority Pass™ application (download and install the Priority Pass™ application from the App Store or Google Play).
    • 2.2 Members may access lounge services by presenting either the eligible credit card or the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card via the Priority Pass™ application, together with a valid boarding pass on the date of travel. The name on the credit card or Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card (as applicable) must match the name on the boarding pass to gain access. Lounge access conditions are subject to each individual lounge provider's requirements.
    • 2.3 Members may verify their usage history, utilized entitlements, and remaining entitlements through the Priority Pass™ application and/or website. Information will be updated within 3-5 business days following each lounge visit.
    • 2.4 Where a member's eligible credit card is lost, stolen, or replaced, the member must update the new credit card details in the Priority Pass™ application. If a member exceeds their allocated entitlements and Priority Pass™ is unable to collect service fees from the credit card linked to the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account on 2 consecutive occasions, the member's account will be temporarily suspended until the member updates the credit card details in the Priority Pass™ application and/or Priority Pass™ is able to successfully charge the member's credit card.
    • 2.5 Should a member's eligible credit card be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, KTC reserves the right to immediately terminate all Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card access privileges.
    • 2.6 Where KTC or Priority Pass™ detects registration and/or lounge usage that does not comply with the specified conditions, KTC and/or Priority Pass™ reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or revoke lounge access privileges and the Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card account.
    • 2.7 Other terms and conditions for lounge access through Priority Pass™ Digital Membership Card not specified herein shall be subject to Priority Pass™ terms and conditions. Members may check lounge locations and detailed service conditions at www.prioritypass.com and/or the Priority Pass™ application.
    • 2.8 KTC has no involvement in the provision of lounge services. For inquiries or complaints regarding services, please contact the service provider directly.
