Terms & Conditions “Get 1 Bangkok Airways Domestic Flight Ticket”

1.    This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to grant privileges to KTC MASTERCARD credit cardmembers (“Members”) who purchase Bangkok Airways flight tickets by booking and issuing tickets directly via www.bangkokair.com only during 1 Mar 26 – 31 May 26 (“Campaign Period”), subject to the specified terms.

2.    The following card types are not eligible: all KTC CASH BACK credit cards, all KTC PROUND cash cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE cards, and KTC Government cards.

3.     Members must spend THB 6,000 or more per sales slip on Bangkok Airways ticket bookings made directly through the airline’s website during the Campaign Period to qualify.

4.    Members must register for the privilege via the designated KTC registration webpage https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/air-ticket-hotels-travel/air-tickets/bangkok-airways-mastercard on the same date as the transaction only.

5.    If a Member registers more than once, only the first successful registration will be considered valid.

6.    If a Member cancels the participating card for any reason, the Member will be deemed to have forfeited participation rights.

7.     KTC will verify eligible transactions only for Bangkok Airways spending of THB 6,000 or more per sales slip, occurring between 00:00:00 – 23:59:59 (Thailand time) on the last day of each month during the Campaign Period, based on Thailand time and the order of successful registrations recorded in KTC’s system.

8.     KTC will deliver the flight redemption code to the Member’s card account via the KTC Mobile application within 30 days, subject to terms. Limited to 100 codes for the entire Campaign (first-come, first-served), calculated according to each monthly spending cycle:

• March 2026 spending - code issued within April 2026
• April 2026 spending - code issued within May 2026
• May 2026 spending - code issued within June 2026

9.    Each Member is entitled to only 1 redemption code per person throughout the Campaign Period.

Terms & Conditions “Redemption of Code for 1 Domestic Flight Ticket with Bangkok Airways”

1.     The promotion code can only be used in specific booking class, for one-way journeys to participating domestic destinations depart from Thailand and operated by Bangkok Airways. Details are:

• The promotion code is eligible to book 1 seat (adult) only.
• The promotion code can only be used for direct (non-stop) flight with a star symbol (★).
• The promotion code is applied on the airfare and airport taxes only
• The promotion code is non-refundable and unable to be exchanged for any cash.
• This offer is eligible for points accrual.

2.     Booking Period: 1 Mar 26 – 31 July 26 and Travel Period: 1 Mar 26 – 31 Dec 26

3.     Reservations made using this promotion code are subject to seat availability in the specified booking class, which is limited and may not be available on certain flights or during certain periods.

4.     The promotion code can be redeemed via www.bangkokair.com/ktc only. 

5.     This offer is non-refundable and unable to be exchanged for any cash or kind

6.     Ticket conditions of Bangkok Airways apply; conditions of each ticket may vary in accordance with the booking class.

7.     Eligibility of seat selection is subject to the chosen fare hierarchy.

8.     Seat assignment at the check-in counter for reservations without pre-selected seats will be managed at the staff’s discretion.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1.   The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

2.  KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.

3.  KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.

4.   KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
