Promotion “Rise to Gold” Get ROP Gold Status with KTC Credit Cards & KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card

Terms and Conditions of the “Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status”

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer the privilege of Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status (“ROP Gold”) to eligible KTC Credit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) during the campaign period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026, subject to the following conditions:
   1.1 Cardmembers must hold KTC FOREVER Points and/or KTC ROP Miles and maintain Royal Orchid Plus Silver Status (“ROP Silver”) during the campaign period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
   1.2 Cardmembers must transfer KTC FOREVER Points and/or KTC ROP Miles to their Royal Orchid Plus account, with a cumulative transfer of at least 25,000 ROP Miles during the period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
   1.3 Upon completing the qualifying transfer under Clause 1.2, Cardmembers must purchase an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000 exclusively through the THAI Airways website at thaiairways.com during the period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. This Campaign is exclusively available to Royal Orchid Plus Silver members who satisfy all specified eligibility requirements, including Accumulating a minimum of 25,000 Royal Orchid Plus Miles through transfers from KTC credit card points; and Purchasing an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000 within the campaign period.
4. The calculation of transferred miles will commence from the date on which the transfer transaction from a KTC credit card is successfully completed.
5. Cardmembers must successfully transfer KTC FOREVER Points and/or KTC ROP Miles from their KTC Credit Card or KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card to their Royal Orchid Plus account, resulting in an accumulated total of at least 25,000 ROP Miles within the specified campaign period, prior to purchasing the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000. The voucher may be purchased once only per eligible cardmember.
6. Eligible recipients of Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status will be selected from Cardmembers who hold ROP Silver Status during the campaign period and successfully complete both qualifying requirements. Gold Status privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time of the successful purchase of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher under Clause 1.3. Thai Airways will process and update the member’s ROP Gold Status via the ROP digital membership card within 3 business days after the qualifying purchase.
7. This Campaign is available only to eligible KTC Credit Cardmembers who do not hold Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status (ROP Gold) or Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Status (ROP Platinum) at any time during the campaign period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
8. The reward under this Campaign is Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status for a period of two (2) years, together with the associated Gold Status benefits. The estimated value of the reward is THB 300,000 per privilege, subject to fulfillment of all campaign requirements.
9. If a participating Cardmember cancels the eligible credit card for any reason whatsoever, such Cardmember shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights and privileges under this Campaign.
10. Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status awarded under this Campaign is non-transferable and may not be assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
11. The granting of Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status is subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and approval criteria of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited.

Terms and Conditions of the “Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher”

1. This campaign is exclusively available to eligible Royal Orchid Plus Silver members who fulfill the criteria of cumulative credit card point transferred to minimum 25,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles and the purchase of an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at THB 330,000 within the Sale period.
2. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher valued at 330,000 THB can be purchased on thaiairways.com and THAI Mobile Application, with payment accepted in Thai Baht only.
3. Upon successful transfer of credit card points to miles and purchase of an Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher, Royal Orchid Plus Gold membership status with a 2-year validity will be granted within 3 business days.
4. Royal Orchid Plus Gold membership is non-transferable. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is non-transferable; however, it may be used to issue air tickets for other passengers.
5. Limited offers available. THAI reserves the right to suspend sales once the quota has been reached.
6. All purchases of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions for the “Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher”

1. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is valid for the purchase of THAI operating flights (TG 3 digits flight numbers) at thaiairways.com and THAI Mobile Application, inclusive of taxes and fuel surcharges.
2. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional fees (ancillary services) associated with purchased tickets, Royal Orchid Plus Award Tickets, Cash Plus Miles tickets, any other THAI products and services, or other specified ticket types as determined by THAI.
3. The Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher shall be used for the first ticket issuance until 30 November 2027 or until the remaining balance of the voucher has been fully utilized, whichever occurs first.
4. Once the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher is redeemed for ticket issuance, the applicable ticket terms and conditions shall be applied.
5. In the event that the value of Air Ticket Cash Credit is insufficient to cover the ticket payment, the residual amount shall be paid by credit cards only.
6. In the event of a ticket refund, subject to the applicable ticket conditions, the cash credit amount will be returned to the owner of the Air Ticket Cash Credit Voucher within the voucher validity period. Any portion paid by credit card shall be refunded to the original credit card used for payment.7.

Terms and Conditions of the “Earn Up to 6,600 Bonus ROP Miles”

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer exclusive privileges to all KTC Credit Card and KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cardmembers who successfully obtain Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) Gold Status through participation in the Rise to Gold campaign during the period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026.
2. Only KTC Credit Card and KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cardmembers who have successfully participated in the Rise to Gold campaign and have already been upgraded to ROP Gold Status are eligible to receive bonus miles under this Campaign. 3. The first 50 eligible KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cardmembers who successfully obtain ROP Gold Status and complete the registration process will receive 6,600 Bonus ROP Miles. The privilege is limited to 50 rewards throughout the Campaign period and is restricted to one reward per cardmember. Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time that the member is officially upgraded to ROP Gold Status by Thai Airways.
4. The first 100 eligible KTC Credit Cardmembers (excluding KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cardmembers who have already received the privilege under Clause 3) who successfully obtain ROP Gold Status and complete the registration process will receive 500 Bonus ROP Miles. The privilege is limited to 100 rewards throughout the Campaign period and is restricted to one reward per cardmember. Privileges will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time that the member is officially upgraded to ROP Gold Status by Thai Airways.
5. KTC reserves the right not to award the 500 Bonus ROP Miles under Clause 4 to KTC – Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cardmembers who have already received the 6,600 Bonus ROP Miles under Clause 3.
6. Bonus ROP Miles will be awarded only to eligible card members who have successfully obtained ROP Gold Status under the Rise to Gold campaign and completed the required registration. Eligibility will be determined based on the order of registration and subject to the available quota. Bonus miles will be credited to the member’s Royal Orchid Plus account within 60 days after the end of the Campaign period.
7. Each eligible cardmember is entitled to receive a maximum of 1 reward per card number and per member throughout the Campaign period.
8. If any eligible cardmember is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with any Campaign requirements, KTC reserves the right to reallocate the reward to the next eligible cardmember in accordance with the Campaign criteria.
9. If a participating cardmember cancels the eligible KTC credit card for any reason during the Campaign period, such cardmember shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights and privileges under this Campaign.
10. KTC reserves the right to amend, modify, or change any terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice to cardmembers.
11. In the event of any dispute relating to this Campaign, KTC’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects.
12. Participation in this Campaign constitutes the cardmember’s consent to participate in publicity, promotional activities, events, advertising materials, and related marketing activities as designated by KTC. The cardmember further authorizes KTC to photograph, publish, and use the cardmember’s name, image, likeness, and related information for advertising and public relations purposes in newspapers and/or any other media. All photographs, images, and related materials shall remain the sole property and copyright of KTC.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
