Terms and Conditions for Firefly Promotion

1. Offer is valid for booking from 5 June – 30 September 2026
2. Travel from 5 June – 31 March 2027
3. The promotion is applicable as stated for both ATR/Jets: 
   - 10% off Economy Class
   - 5% off for Economy Promo (O)

5. Offer is valid via promo code FYKTC26 (case-sensitive). Cardmembers are required to key in promo code at the checkout page to enjoy the discounted airfare. 
6. Blackout dates apply as below: 23 Dec 26 - 27 Dec 26, 31 Dec 26 - 2 Jan 27, 04 Feb 27 - 9 Feb 27, 05 Mar 27 - 9 Mar 27, 12 Mar 27 - 14 Mar 27
7. Offer is applicable to airfare only. Not inclusive of fuel surcharge and government and airports taxes and levies.  
8. Offer is valid for all Firefly-operated flights to all Firefly-operated flight destinations. 
9. Codeshare flights, including those operated by partner carriers, are strictly excluded from this promotion.
10. Itineraries involving non-Malaysia Airlines-operated sectors, where one or more segments are operated by other airlines, do not qualify for this offer.
11. Promo seats are subject to availability and may vary accordingly to flight origin, destination and travel period. Firefly reserves the right to modify or change the details at any time without prior notice. 
12. Promotion is not valid for booking via travel agencies or Firefly call centre. 
13. Promo code cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid for use in conjunction with other offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards. 
14. Firefly Airlines’ policies, rules & regulations which shall include the General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage apply.

Terms and Conditions for “KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for 15% Cash Back

1. Privileges under this Promotion are exclusive for members of KTC credit card who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Firefly Airlines during 5 Jun 2026 – 30 Sep 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/air-ticket-hotels-travel/air-tickets/firefly  within the day of card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers, who spend on card will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption in this Promotion, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
