Terms and Conditions of the 10% discount offered by Korean Air

1. The fare is valid for purchases from the Korean Air website with KTC credit card and is valid for flights from Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket to Korea, the USA & Canada, Japan, China (One-way/Round Trip)
2. The fare is valid for from 04 August 2025 ~ 07 September 2025
3. The departure periods applicable to the fare are as follows.
• [To Korea, Incheon] 4 August 2025 ~ 25 December 2025, 29 December 2025 ~ 31 Mar 2026
• [To USA & Canada] 18 August 2025 ~ 26 December 2025, 20 January 2026 ~ 31 March 2026
• [To Japan & China] 4 August 2025 ~ 2 October 2025, 2 November 2025 ~ 27 November 2025, 12 January 2026 ~ 31 March 2026
4. Offer is valid for the following cabin class :
• Korea(Incheon) / Japan / China : Prestige Standard(D/I/R), Economy Standard & Saver(S/H/E/K/L/U/Q/T)
• USA & Canada : Economy Standard & Saver(S/H/E/K/L/U/Q/T)
5. If you have a stopover in a connecting country, it is considered a multi-City itinerary and discounts are limited.
6. Promo code use may be restricted if the itinerary includes multi-destinations, cities or a flight operated by another carrier.
7. Fare is subject to availability and changes due to fluctuations in currency and taxes.
8. Discount applies to base fares only and excludes taxes/fees/surcharges.
9. Fare rules such as Minimum and maximum stay, advance purchase conditions, reissue penalty, etc may apply by the applicable fares.
10. Ticket refund is per applicable fare rules, refund penalty and/or service fee may apply.
11. Difference in fare amounts resulting from change in travel dates will still be charged or refunded accordingly.
12. All fares, government taxes and fees are subject to change at any time.
13. Discounts will be cancelled if there are any changes made to the ticket.
14. When changing a flight ticket, the discounted amount will be recovered and an additional payment will be made. When refunding a flight ticket, the discount will be deducted from the refund amount.
15. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers and/or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
16. If you fail to enter the discount coupon, you will be required to refund your purchased ticket and make a new purchase. Please be aware that a refund fee may apply.
17. Tickets are non-transferable.
18. Displayed fares are not guaranteed until the purchase has been made.
19. Passengers may be asked to present the actual credit card used for the purchase for verification purposes during check in.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 4 Aug 25 – 7 Sep 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/air-ticket/ktc-fly-forever-korean-air within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions. 
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only. 

“General Terms and Conditions” for Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to card members under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
