Terms and conditions for Scoot Promotion

  1. The discount applies to bookings originating out of Thailand for bookings made at https://www.flyscoot.com/th/promotions/ktc. Promo code can also be applied during flight search on www.flyscoot.com/th, after logging into KrisFlyer/Registered User accounts at https://loyalty.flyscoot.com/login, or on Scoot’s mobile app.
  2. Discount is also not applicable to award flight redemptions.
  3. Discount applies only on selected Scoot-operated flights, interline bookings are not permitted.
  4. The discount under the promotion does not apply to payment of airport / government taxes, charges and carrier surcharge, ancillary products or third-party products and services.
  5. Taxes are subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
  6. Economy fares exclude checked baggage and meals.
  7. Payment processing fees per booking for applicable points of sale are not included in the fares.
  8. Full payment is required at the point of booking and must be made with KTC Thailand Credit Cards. Full list of fees is available at www.flyscoot.com/th.
  9. Offer is subject to availability and confirmation. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or all dates.
  10. Blackout periods may apply during school holidays and event periods.
  11. Bookings made pursuant to the promotion are non-refundable, non-transferable and shall not be the subject of a refund in cash.
  12. Once the booking is made, no changes can be made to the details of the booking (including flight times and destination) without additional charges.
  13. All flights booked with the promotion shall be subject to Scoot’s prevailing terms and conditions and Conditions of Carriage which are available at www.flyscoot.com/th.

 

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card via the website www.flyscoot.com/th and the Scoot mobile app only during 28 Sep 2026 – 27 Dec 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/air-ticket-hotels-travel/air-tickets/scoot within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4.   7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
  9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
  11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

 

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
