Terms and conditions for Singapore Airlines Promotion

1. Promotion Period: 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025.
2. Travel period: 1 November 2025 to 31 May 2026.
3. For booking on www.singaporeair.com or SingaporeAir mobile application only.
4. All types of KTC JCB and KTC UNIONPAY are not eligible for this promotion.
5. The promo code discount is valid for Business Class and Economy Class with the origin airport from Bangkok (BKK) / Phuket (HKT) to Singapore (SIN). 
6. Applicable for round-trip flights (for Business Class and Economy Class) and one-way flight (for Economy Class), and may not be available on all flights or departure dates. 
7. Minimum and maximum stay validity are applied. 
8. The promo code discount applies to airfare only. Airport and Government taxes apply.
9. Subject to seat availability.
10. This promo code is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
11. Tickets are non-transferable once issued. Name change is strictly not allowed.
12. The payment must be made by participating KTC credit cards.
13. Full fare conditions can be viewed after selecting your flights and before payment confirmation.
14. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card via website singaporeair.com or via the SingaporeAir mobile app during 1 Nov 25 ‑ 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/air-ticket-hotels-travel/air-tickets/singapore-airlines within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
