Top Spender Promotion – Fly Free with Thai Airways with all KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for “Top Spender – Fly Free with Thai Airways” Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer exclusive privileges to KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cardmembers of all types (“Cardmembers”). The Top 7 cardmembers with the highest total accumulated spending (minimum THB 300,000) across all spending categories, and with a minimum accumulated spending of THB 30,000 on Thai Airways, during 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026 (“Campaign Period”), will be eligible to receive prizes in accordance with the specified conditions.
2. Only full payment transactions that meet the following conditions will be counted toward the spending calculation for prize eligibility:
•  Cardmembers of any KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card type must accumulate total spending of at least THB 300,000 in all spending categories, including at least THB 30,000 in spending with Thai Airways between 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026.
3. This privilege is reserved for primary cardmembers only.
4. The following transactions are excluded from the spending calculation for this Campaign: cash advances, investment unit purchases of any kind, payments for Unit Linked insurance products (MCC 6211), installment payments made via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest charges, penalties, fees, canceled transactions, and any refunded transactions.
5. Transactions that are canceled or refunded for any reason will not be counted toward the spending calculation for this Campaign.
6. Prizes: 7 Thai Airways international round-trip tickets in Economy Class (1 ticket per winner), with a total prize value of approximately THB 393,680.
   The prize value does not include ticket issuance fees, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or any other related expenses, which the winning cardmembers must bear themselves.
7. KTC will announce the list of eligible top spenders on the website https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/travel/air-ticket/thai-airways-topspender by 28 February 2026, and will contact the winners by phone within 30 days from the announcement date to inform them of the prize collection process and conditions.
8. Winners must claim their prize within the specified period; otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to receive the prize.
   Winners must contact Thai Airways for ticket issuance between 16 April 2026 – 31 May 2026, and must complete their round-trip travel between 1 June 2026 – 31 August 2026, as determined by the airline.
   The prize value does not include ticket issuance fees, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, or any other related expenses, which the winners must bear themselves.
9. Each eligible cardmember may receive a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the entire campaign period (total of 7 prizes).
10. In the event that more than one cardmember has the same accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to grant the prize to the cardmember with a good payment record and higher transaction frequency. KTC’s decision shall be final and binding.
11. If any cardmember who is eligible for the prize is found to be disqualified or ineligible under the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to transfer the prize to the next eligible cardmember in order of spending amount.
12. If a cardmember cancels their credit card during the campaign period, for any reason, they will be deemed to have forfeited their participation in this campaign.
13. Winning cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any taxes or fees (if applicable) in accordance with the relevant laws.
14. KTC employees and any persons or companies involved in organizing this campaign are not eligible to participate.
15. Participation in this campaign constitutes consent for winning cardmembers to participate in public relations activities, media appearances, or advertising as determined by KTC.
    Winners also consent to KTC’s use of their photographs, names, and likenesses for advertising or promotional purposes in newspapers or other media. All photos taken shall remain the property and copyright of KTC.
16. All spending amounts must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.
17. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
