How to redeem
- Eligible Cardholders to sign up for ONYX Rewards before proceeding; they may register via the following link (https://bit.ly/4e7RpVf) to obtain their ONYX Rewards Membership ID number. Upon successful registration, the ONYX Rewards Membership ID number will be sent to the Eligible Cardholder’s registered email address. Eligible cardholders must hold an active ONYX Rewards membership account.
- Eligible Mastercard Cardholders to visit Mastercard Offer Fulfilment Platform (“OFP”) - https://redemption.mastercard.com to sign up for a new account or log in using an existing account.
- After logging in on OFP, Eligible Mastercard Cardholders to click on "ONYX Rewards" offer page and click on "Get Code" to obtain their one-time unique code.
- Eligible Mastercard Cardholders to email ONYX Rewards at contact@onyx-rewards.com with the unique code from OFP and their ONYX Rewards Membership ID number using the same registered email address for validation. Note that each unique code can only be validated once.
- ONYX Rewards will contact Eligible Cardholders on their applications status via email within 7 working days.
- Please note that if your code is invalid, it has been validated before and you will not be awarded the fast-track offer.
