Terms and Conditions for “Get up to 3,300 cashback throughout campaign”

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores in category of travel during 1 Jun 26 – 15 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. (excluding cardmembers are depending on mechanic of the promotion)
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/travel/tour-and-travel-packages/macao-wonder within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores during Promotion Period according to the conditions set out below (full payments only).
   • When spending 10,000 - 19,999 baht per sales slip get 100 Baht cashback
   • When spending 20,000 - 39,999 baht per sales slip get 200 Baht cashback
   • When spending 40,000 - 59,999 baht per sales slip get 500 Baht cashback
   • When spending 60,000 - 79,999 baht per sales slip get 800 Baht cashback
   • When spending 80,000 or more baht per sales slip get 1,100 Baht cashback
5. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1,100 Baht per 1 card member per day and 3,300 Baht per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of Promotion the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).
8. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
9. The benefits in this promotion are for members who make full payment only. Installment payments are not eligible for this offer.
10. Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.
11. The currency used for payment must be Thai Baht (THB) only.
    
    

Terms and Conditions for the Superalink Travel eSIM

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 26 – 15 Jun 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully via by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/air-ticket-hotels-travel/tour-packages/macao-wonder within the day that card transaction has been made.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at participating merchants during Promotion Period.
6. Limited to a maximum of one (1) Superalink Travel eSIM per cardmember throughout the Promotion Period.
7. Superalink Travel eSIM will be awarded only to members whose first and last names on their national ID card match the names on the card used to register for the program.
8. Promotion shall not apply in conjunction with other promotions or privileges.
9. Superalink Travel eSIM will be sent to Cardmembers’ KTC Mobile app account within 60 days after the transaction is made.
10. This Superalink Travel eSIM cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. The transaction must be made in Thai Baht (THB) only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
