- Offer is valid at Participating Properties only, and the general terms and conditions of bookings and stay applicable to each individual Participating Property will apply.
- Participating Properties are subject to change without notice. The number of rooms available under the Offer at each Participating Property may be limited.
- The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other on-going promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers.
- Offer is available for new reservations of a Qualifying Stay made during the Book Window with an Eligible Mastercard card for a stay in a Participating Property during the Stay Window.
- A “Qualifying Stay” means a booking at a Participating Property that meets all the following criteria:
9.1 The stay is for a minimum of three or more consecutive nights at a Participating Property.
9.2 The reservation must be made via phone or online using/quoting the rate code “1000039087” at https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotel-deals/mastercard or on the phone during the time of reservation.
9.3 The name of the cardholder used to make and pay for the reservation (“Cardholder”) must be the same name of the person checking-in at the property and must be the one staying at the property.
9.4 Eligible Mastercard cardholders are required to provide their Eligible Mastercard card details when making a room reservation, at the point of check-in and when settling room payment.
9.5 Room reservation can only be guaranteed by using an Eligible Mastercard card. A no-show does not count as a Qualifying Stay
- “Book Window” means the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
- “Stay Window” means the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 January 2025 (both dates inclusive).
- There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Stays an Eligible Mastercard cardholder may make at a Participating Property under the Offer, but consecutive Qualifying Stays at the same Participating Property (i.e., where check-out and re-check-in occurs on the same day) shall be deemed as one Qualifying Stay for the purposes of the Offer.
- All payments part of the Qualifying Stay will need to be settled at the time of check-out using the same Eligible Mastercard card only.
- The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type for each Participating Properties that may vary, is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
- Room rate does not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
- Free basic Wi-Fi access at Participating Properties is subject to availability. Participating Properties without wireless internet may provide wired High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA). Some Participating Properties may charge additional fees for internet speed faster than basic Wi-Fi access.
- Early check-in at Participating Properties is subject to availability, upon Eligible Mastercard cardholder’s request. Early check-in is determined by the Participating Property and is only applicable to the Eligible Mastercard cardholder’s personal guest room. Early check-in requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours prior to the Participating Property’s standard check-in time.
- Late check-out at Participating Properties is subject to availability, upon cardholder’s request. Late check-out is determined by the Participating Properties and is only applicable to the Eligible Mastercard cardholder’s personal guest room. Late check-out requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours after the Participating Properties’ standard check-out time.
- The Offer only applies to the room rate and does not apply to any additional or incidental non-room expenses or other charges (such as taxes, service charges, food and beverage, minibar, room service, phone charges) incurred or accrued during the Qualifying Stay. Extra person charges may apply if a room is to be occupied more than two persons.
- All stays under this Offer are eligible to earn Wyndham Rewards Points, however Wyndham Rewards Points cannot be used to pay for the stay in conjunction with the Offer.
- By making a reservation for a Qualifying Stay under the Offer, cardholders agree and consent to these terms and conditions. Fulfilment of the Offer at each Participating Property is the responsibility of such Participating Property.
- The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, offers, packages, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate, and is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations at the Participating Properties and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
- Eligible Mastercard cardholders are required to provide their Eligible Mastercard card details when making the room reservation, at the point of check-in and when settling room payment. Room reservations can only be guaranteed by using an Eligible Mastercard card. A no-show does not count as a Qualifying Stay.
- Wyndham may cancel or modify the Offer without notice.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
