Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 26 - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers who spend on card at participating stores according to the specific conditions, will get an instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased.

Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)​

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 26 - 31 Aug 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 unit/piece of Complimentary Dish at participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip only.

Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC JCB credit cards (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Jun 2026 - 31 Aug 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. Cardmembers who spend on card as specified by the terms and conditions, with every 500 Baht per sales slip, will receive 1 lucky draw chance. Any remaining balance less than 500 Baht will not be included in the calculation for lucky draw chance in this promotion.
4. Any refund from cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
5. The prize in this Promotion is 'Seoul Fun & Easy Package', including airplane ticket and accommodation, provided by Skyfun Co., Ltd. ("Skyfun"), each for two people/seats valued 44,000 Baht each, total 10 pieces, total valued 264,000 Baht. Details are as follows:
   
   - Round-trip airplane ticket via Thai Vietjet on the Bangkok (BKK) – Seoul (ICN) route (Direct flight) for 2 persons (Outbound: VZ850 BKK 02:25 – NRT 10:00 / Inbound: VZ851 NRT 12:10 – BKK 16:00).
   - Accommodation at K-POP Hotel SeoulTower (1 bedroom) for 5 days and 4 nights, or a hotel of equivalent standard.
   
   Remarks:
   - Winners must book their stay and travel dates between 1 December 2026 - 31 December 2026, subject to conditions set by Skyfun and the airline.
   - Travel and stay period is from 1 Jan 2027 - 30 June 2027, subject to conditions set by Skyfun and the airline.
   - Skyfun will cover expenses related to ticketing, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, baggage allowance, and meals, not exceeding the total prize value.
   
6. At the end of the campaign, KTC will calculate the total lucky draw entries from the spending per sales slip (calculated per individual card). KTC will print the winners’ names and partial credit card numbers (e.g., 1234 56XX XXXX 9999) onto coupons (1 entry = 1 coupon). The lucky draw will be held on 5 October 2026, from 2:00 PM onwards at Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, 591 UBC II Building, 11th Floor, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.
7. KTC reserves the right to draw 10 reserve winners for each prize. In the event that a primary winner or a reserve winner waives their right or is disqualified, KTC will award the prize to the reserve winners in sequential order. If no reserve winners remain, KTC will donate the prize to a public charity.
8. KTC will announce the names of the winners on www.ktc.co.th within 9 October 2026, and will contact the winners via phone and email registered with KTC within 30 days of the announcement. Winners must contact KTC to claim their prize within the specified period. Failure to do so will result in the prize being passed to a reserve winner or a public charity.
9. Winners and their companions must possess a passport with at least 6 months validity before the travel date and must not be prohibited from entering South Korea. Travel must occur within the specified dates, times, and locations.
10. If a winner is eligible for more than one prize, KTC reserves the right to award only one prize of the highest value per winner for the entire campaign.
11. Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 Baht or more are responsible for paying a 5% withholding tax of the prize value, in accordance with Revenue Department Order No. T.P. 4/2528 and/or applicable laws.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, reward points, or other items.
13. Prizes will only be awarded to winners whose first and last names match their Thai ID card and the name on the KTC card. KTC reserves the right to withhold the prize until all taxes and related expenses are paid in full.
14. Privileges are reserved for Cardmembers with a normal account status and no history of default throughout the campaign period until the date the prize is awarded, based on KTC’s database.
15. KTC reserves the right to grant, cancel, or revoke privileges, including claiming compensation for damages, if any fraudulent activity, commercial misuse, or breach of terms is detected, or if transactions are canceled after the prize has been awarded.
16. By participating, winners consent to participate in PR activities, public appearances, or advertisements as determined by KTC. Winners grant KTC permission to use their photos and names for advertising and PR purposes in various media; such materials shall remain the property/copyright of KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
