Promotion JUBILEE DIAMOND with KTC Credit Cards

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back (By Tier) for 0% Installment Payment

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to provide privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who make purchases under a 0% interest and credit line usage fee installment plan (“0% Installment Plan”) at participating merchants during 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027 (“Campaign Period”), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
2. All types of KTC CASH BACK Credit Cards, KTC – National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society Credit Card, KTC VISA CORPORATE Credit Card, all types of KTC PROUD, and KTC Government Services Cards are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. Cardmembers must register for the Campaign by sending an SMS with JB1, followed by a space and the 16-digit KTC credit card number, to 0613845000 (SMS charges are subject to the mobile network service provider), or register via www.ktc.co.th, within the same day that the eligible transaction is made. Cardmembers must receive a registration confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
4. In the event that a Cardmember registers for the Campaign more than once, KTC will consider only the first successful registration.
   Cardmembers will receive cashback credited to their credit card account, calculated based on eligible spending in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
5. KTC will calculate the cashback based on the full transaction amount before it is divided into monthly installment payments, combining all eligible sales slips made under the same card number.
6. The cashback will be credited to the Cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month in which the eligible transaction was made.
7. In the event that the participating credit card is cancelled for any reason, the Cardmember will be deemed to have waived the right to participate in this Campaign.
8. Cardmembers will not earn any type of reward points from transactions participating in this Campaign. In the event that any points are credited to the Cardmember’s account from such transactions, such points cannot be redeemed and will be deducted from the Cardmember’s account on the date the cashback is credited. If KTC is unable to deduct such points from the Cardmember’s account, KTC reserves the right not to provide the cashback under this Campaign in its entirety.
9. The privileges under this Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaigns.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text JB2, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number # follow by spending per sales slip to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 1,000 KTC Points up to amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
