Details and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Cash Back (By Tier) for 0% Installment Payment
  1. This promotional campaign ("Promotion") is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmembers") who make 0% interest card installment payment ("0% Installment Payment") at participating stores during 15 September 2025 - 31 March 2026 ("Promotion Period") according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text JB1, followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/, before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
  5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:
0% installment up to 6 - 10 months Get cashback
12,000 – 24,999 Baht/Saleslip400 Baht
25,000 – 49,999 Baht/Saleslip850 Baht
50,000 – 99,999 Baht/Saleslip1,750 Baht

  1. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
  2. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  3. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
  4. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers' card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers' card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers' card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back
  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 15 September 2025 – 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC PROUD, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text JB2, [space] followed by 16-digit credit card number # follow by spending per sales slip to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
  5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
  6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 5,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 1,000 KTC Points up to amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
  9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
