Discount Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) and use e-Coupon at Yves Rocher Stores during 1 Aug 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD, KTC UNIONPAY.
3. Cardmembers can redeem 9 KTC FOREVER point via KTC Mobile app for to get 500 Baht discount on the full price of goods purchased with a minimum 1,500 Baht per sales slip.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant 1 privilege per sales slip per card number.
5. Please notify staff  and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
6. Cardmembers must make the payment using the same credit card used to redeem points for the privilege.
7. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
9. Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App). 
10. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
11. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

Terms and Conditions for up to x4 KTC Points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on KTC JCB credit card at YVES ROCHER Stores during 1 Aug 26 - 31 Dec 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC VISA, KTC MASTERCARD, KTC UNIONPAY. 
3. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
4. Cardmembers who spend on KTC JCB card at 500 - 999 Baht per sales slip, will earn 2x KTC Points (1x regular point and 1x extra points) or 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip, will earn 4x KTC Points (1x regular point and 3x extra points). KTC Points will be transferred into cardmembers’ accounts according to the conditions of this promotion.
5. KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
6. Limited extra points 12,000 points per cardmember per month

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
