Terms and Conditions of the “Cashback (by Tier) for 0% Installment Payment” Program

1. This promotional program (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer benefits to KTC Credit Card members (“Members”) who make 0% interest installment payments (“0% Installment Program”) at participating merchants during 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”), under the specified conditions only.
2. All types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC – National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC credit cards for government agencies are excluded from this Program.
3. Members must register for the Program by sending an SMS: text HOS (space) followed by the 16-digit credit card number, and send it to 0613845000 (SMS fee depends on the mobile operator), or register via the website https://www.ktc.co.th before or on the date the card transaction is made. Members must receive a confirmation reply message from KTC to be eligible for this Program.
4. If a Member registers for the Program more than once, KTC will consider only the first successful registration.
5. Members will receive cashback credited to their credit card account, calculated based on the spending amount as follows:

   Installment / sales slip	Get cash back
   10,000 - 24,999 Baht	100 Baht
   25,000 - 44,999 Baht	300 Baht
   45,000 - 84,999 Baht	750 Baht
   85,000 – 149,999 Baht	1,500 Baht
   150,000 Baht or more	3,500 Baht

6. KTC will calculate the cashback based on the full transaction amount before the installment conversion of every sales slip under the same card number, and will credit the cashback to the card account within 60 days after the end of the month in which the transaction was made.
7. If the Member cancels the credit card used for this Program for any reason, the Member is deemed to have forfeited the right to participate in the Program.
8. The following transactions are excluded from cashback calculation: cash withdrawals, investment fund purchases of all types, unit-linked insurance premium payments, installment services via KTC PHONE / KTC Mobile / KTC Online, interest, penalties, fees, cancelled or refunded transactions of any kind.
9. Members will not earn any reward points from transactions under this Program. If any points are credited, such points cannot be used and will be deducted from the card account on the date the cashback is credited. If the points cannot be deducted, KTC reserves the right to withhold the cashback in full.
10. The benefits under this Program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion.
