Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 17 Jul 26 – 30 Nov 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

เงื่อนไขรายการ “แลกคะแนน KTC FOREVER เพื่อรับเครดิตเงินคืน”

1.  รายการส่งเสริมการขาย (“รายการ”) นี้ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เคทีซี จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อมอบสิทธิประโยชน์ให้แก่สมาชิกบัตรเครดิต KTC (“สมาชิก”) ที่มีคะแนน KTC FOREVER (“คะแนน”) และใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรฯ ณ  ร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการ ในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 17 ก.ค. 69 - 30 พ.ย. 69 (“ระยะเวลารายการ”) ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
2. สงวนสิทธิ์ยกเว้นสมาชิกบัตรเครดิต KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS ทุกประเภท, KTC CASH BACK ทุกประเภท, KTC - ศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ สภากาชาดไทย, KTC VISA CORPORATE, บัตรกดเงินสด KTC PROUD และบัตร KTC เพื่อหน่วยงานรัฐ ไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมรายการนี้ได้ 
3. สมาชิกจะต้องลงทะเบียน โดยส่งข้อความ SMS พิมพ์ SLP เว้นวรรค ตามด้วยเครื่องหมาย # และพิมพ์จำนวนคะแนนที่ต้องการแลก ส่งมาที่ 0613845000 (ค่าบริการ SMS ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการเครือข่าย) หรือลงทะเบียนผ่านเว็บไซต์ www.ktc.co.th/  ภายในวันที่มียอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรฯ ทั้งนี้ สมาชิกจะต้องได้รับข้อความตอบกลับยืนยันจากเคทีซี  จึงจะมีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการนี้ 
4. กรณีสมาชิกลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมรายการเกินกว่า 1 ครั้ง เคทีซีจะยึดถือการลงทะเบียนที่สำเร็จในครั้งแรกเท่านั้น
5. กรณีสมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมรายการมากกว่า 1 บัตร เคทีซีจะพิจารณายอดใช้จ่ายแยกเป็นรายบัตรฯ เพื่อคำนวณเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตรฯ 
6. หากสมาชิกมีการยกเลิกบัตรฯ ที่เข้าร่วมรายการไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ เคทีซีจะถือว่าสมาชิกได้สละสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมรายการนี้ 
7. สมาชิกที่มียอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตรฯ ตั้งแต่ 5,000 บาทขึ้นไปต่อเซลส์สลิป สามารถแลกคะแนน 5,000 คะแนนขึ้นไปสูงสุดไม่เกินยอดใช้จ่ายต่อเซลส์สลิป เพื่อรับเครดิตเงินคืนได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
8. การคำนวณจำนวนคะแนนเพื่อแลกรับสิทธิ์ตามรายการนี้ หากยอดใช้จ่ายต่อเซลส์สลิปมีเศษสตางค์ เคทีซีจะปัดเศษขึ้นเป็นหน่วยบาท 
9. สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะการชำระค่าสินค้า/บริการต่อ 1 เซลส์สลิป เท่านั้น และไม่สามารถแยกยอดใช้จ่ายเป็นหลายเซลส์สลิปเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ตามรายการนี้ได้
10. เคทีซีจะเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีบัตรฯ ของสมาชิก ภายใน 60 วัน นับจาก วันสุดท้ายของแต่ละเดือนตามรอบปฏิทิน ทั้งนี้ เคทีซีจะคำนวณยอดใช้จ่ายนับจากวันแรกที่สมาชิกลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมรายการสำเร็จจนถึงวันสุดท้ายของเดือน/รายการ

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
