e-Coupon (Food Voucher) conditions

1. This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges KTC VISA cardmembers who spend 6,000 baht o rmore with KTC VISA CREDIT CARDS at participating hotels during 1 Feb 24  - 31 May 24 only. Except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and all types of KTC PROUD.
2. The members must download and register KTC Mobile application before making the payments and are required to redeem e-Coupon via KTC Mobile Application only.  
3. Get an e-Coupon instantly when spend at any participating hotels.
4. Get an e-Coupon every time of spend.
5. Limited usage of e-Coupon 1 coupon per sales slip at hotel’s restaurants.
6. It’s required to present and use the e-Coupon with hotel staff prior receive the discount. Reserve the right to decline image from capture screen. And the e-Coupon is nontransferable.
7. Members are required to use the e-Coupon within due date (90 days), otherwise e-Coupon will be expired and cannot be neither extended or refunded.
8. e-Coupon cannot be used with any other promotions.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
