Promotion for KTC MASTERCARD credit card and KTC PROUD MASTERCARD cash card at Grab Dine Out

1. Payment can only be made with an eligible Mastercard Consumer Card issued in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
   One (1) redemption per Grab user, per month.
2. A successful redemption is only made upon checkout.
   Limited redemptions available, valid on first come, first serve basis.
   The promo code will be made unavailable when they have been fully redeemed.
3. Grab reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to vary, add to, or delete the promotion terms, extend, and/or terminate the promotion at any time.
4. This promotion is valid on the latest Grab app version only.
   This voucher is applicable for use on a single dine out transaction in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand only.
5. Any outstanding balance after deducting the face value of the voucher must be paid in full using an eligible Mastercard Consumer Card issued in Asia Pacific.
6. This voucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees and cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise indicated.
   This voucher must be fully utilised and any unutilised amount will be forfeited.
7. This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and only valid until the date of expiry.
8. The Grab Dine Out voucher shall be applied instantly upon the Cardholder entering the promo code on the Grab App.
9. Mastercard’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on the cardholder and Mastercard is not obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
